JAGUAR R8-D to achieve the industry's first single is compatible with two different specifictions PCB welding process while production with consumption of less than one PC of equipment to achieve production capacity of the two devices, to maximize efficiency, reduce power and nitrogen consumption, innovation and improvement cooling systems and optimized process control, to lower production costs and achieve a surface mount manufacturing process of the optimal process.
Introduction:

8. Standard 10 couples of up and down heating zones with patented air management system to make hot air convection more efficient and faster thermal compensation.
9.The Dual rail conveyor make it can produce 2 PCB at same times, one machine equals to two machine.
10.The Dual rail width can be adjusted by manual.(option:automatically by SPG gear motor).
11.Chain Rails will be lubricated by central oil reservior device ,controlled by computer.
12.Strong software system can save all settings and can print all the data and profiles through PC.
13.With flux collecting system to keep inside zones clean and ensures more environmental emission.
14.Nitrogen protection system is optional.
